What to include in a bug report
- Which tool page you were on (paste the page address)
- What you clicked or typed, and what happened instead
- Your device and browser (e.g. "Android, Chrome")
- A screenshot, if you can — it helps more than a paragraph
Requesting a new tool
We regularly add new tools based on user suggestions — several of the 111 tools on the site started as a message from someone like you. When suggesting a tool, tell us:
- What you want to accomplish (the job, not just the tool name)
- An example of what the input and output should look like
- Any websites that do it well today, so we can match or beat them
Business and advertising inquiries
For partnership, sponsorship, or advertising questions, use the form above with the subject "Other" and mention "business" in your message, or write directly to contact@alsharqservices.com. Please note that we keep advertising on the site minimal by policy — we do not accept intrusive ad formats, and editorial control of the site is never for sale.
Response times
Al Sharq is run by a small team alongside other work, so replies are not instant — but we read every message and usually respond within a few days. Bug reports that affect many users get priority. If your message is about a security issue (for example, you found a way a tool could be abused), please say so in the subject line and we will treat it as urgent.
Quick answers
Is there a phone number or office I can visit? No — Al Sharq is an online-only project. Email is the right channel for everything.
Do the tools cost anything? No. All 111 tools are completely free, with no accounts, trials, or premium tiers.
Can I suggest a tool in Urdu? Bilkul. We welcome messages in Urdu and English.
Will my files be uploaded anywhere? No. Our tools process everything on your device; nothing you enter into a tool is sent to us. See our Privacy Policy.
